"We had a great time in Krakow! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the receptionist we met at check-in was lovely and very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and on Valentine’s Day, we even found chocolates left for us, which was a really nice touch. That said, there were a couple of downsides. "We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non...

"Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Also just a short tram ride to the Old Town centre. Only potential downside might be some late-night noise, given its proximity to bars etc. Overall, great place, great room. "

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Place was so modern and perfect for any length of stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend after cold walks around the city! The kitchen had what we needed. The bed was so spacious and insanely comfy. If I had to find a fault it was that we could hear the nearby church at the palace which chimes every 15mins but didn't keep us awake and had to really listen out for it. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. Nice hotel

"Hotel is very nice and clean really liked but the girl with glasses who work in restaurant at evening time on the date 17/02/2025 doesn’t listen Costemer order and she is very ignorant she act like she own hotel and looking at people from above. Deep note : car park is not free it’s around £20 a night "

Hotel H15 Luxury Palace - Destigo Hotels

"I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall."

"Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again. "
