"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half!
