The four-bed apartment consists of an entrance hall (3.22 m²) with a wardrobe and a refrigerator, from which you enter the living room with a kitchenette (26.04 m²). From the room there is access to a spacious bathroom with toilet (4.75 m²). The bathroom is equipped with a shower corner, a sink with a mirror and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with appliances – a fridge with a small freezer (in the hall), an induction double cooker, a kettle, a microwave oven. Of course, it is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc. There is also a French press for preparing coffee (you can buy high-quality ground coffee from our family roaster).
To dry wet clothes, especially in winter, there is a dryer on the central heating radiator and a pull-out dryer in the bathroom. There are two pairs of electric shoe dryers in the hall wardrobe drawer. The room also has a dining table with four chairs, two double beds (160 x 200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed that can also be used as an extra bed for one person. A wardrobe in the hall, a spacious chest of drawers in the room and a bedside table are used to store clothes and other necessities.
The apartment is well lit - in the south gable wall there is a double-hung window with a skylight overlooking the garden to the children's playground and further into the meadows to the forest, on the west side there are two skylights. The tilting windows are equipped with blinds that can be pulled in several positions and partially darken the room, which is useful, for example, when putting children to sleep at a time when the room is shining from the setting sun. When there is more snow in winter, the roof windows do not open.
The hallway from which you enter the apartment is spacious (approx. 6 m²) and stairs lead to the attic (not part of the accommodation). The corridor is separated from the staircase by a sliding door. From this corridor there is also access to the seven-bed apartment .
