If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. 1. Location : is fantastic. In the innere stadt within walking distance to Stephanzplatz (which felt like Vienna’s time square) with the cathedral itself, opera house, U1 train station , many restaurants, bars, Hofburg palace, starting point for the on/off tours. 2. Hotel decor : newly renovated , art deco - had a “The Grand Budapest Hotel” vibe. There’s a small bar in the lobby that’s open until midnight and a complimentary welcome drink was provided on the day I arrived, 3. The staff : perhaps outshone everything else . They were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations for tours, restaurants 4. The package : excellent value for money. Breakfast is €28/person if you don’t have it included with your room. I thought it was worth it and quite enjoyed the selection provided. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. I absolutely loved it.

What can i say about The Leo Grand other than it was perfection. From the friendly greeting from reception on arrival it just got even better. We were shown up to our room where everything was explained, lighting, tv and mini bar etc and the room itself was beautiful. The whole hotel has been really well designed and is spotlessly clean and is right in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere. It was my wifes birthday while we were there and on return to our room found a nice bottle of wine a card and a small present from the staff, such a nice gesture. Cannot recommend the Leo enough and we will definitely return.

Such a lovely staff and breakfast! Me and my family adored the attention to detail and cleanliness. STUNNING!

It’s okay, good location

Park Hyatt Vienna is an amazing hotel in the perfect location. The staff are extremely helpful they even walk you to show you something not just tell you. The breakfast is awesome. The rooms are big and very clean. You will not regret staying here for your trip to Vienna.
