This apartment (approx. 90 square meters) is located on the 2nd floor of the house with a total of 3 vacation apartments and has a living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (bathtub) with toilet and a large, very well equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms have two single beds each, one bedroom has four comfortable single beds. There are two sofa beds in the living room of the apartment, so this room can also be used as another bedroom. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with: Oven, electric stove with extractor hood, a large fridge, a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and of course plenty of crockery. The large dining table seats 8 people comfortably. When fully occupied, a table with 2 chairs can be added.

There is a washing machine in the basement of the house for communal use.

The large garden with a sunbathing lawn, a large terrace with dining area and a permanent barbecue area can be used by all guests in the house.

The parking spaces on our property can be booked for a small fee - please let us know.
