"Amazing hotel with helpful staff"

"Very convenient if you plan on going to Universal Studio Japan. Walkable from train station and very close to train station. Safe area and close to convenient stores. Only thing I did not like was there was no bathtub for our room. "

"The hotel itself is ok. A bit old, dated room and bathroom. But clean , got bidet. The problem is the surrounding area. I do understand if it’s noisy in afternoon or until 9-10 pm. But the noise continues until early morning. There’s music, lots of people yelling, sirens. And I’m staying at level 14, good for shopping, not good for sleeping "

"Good location with close to the shinosaka station."

"New hotel and located in the new Tokyo area. 15 minutes away from Ginza area. Will need to take a bus or Uber to Ginza area. We stayed in the corner suite room and it is bigger than we expected. Will be back if ever in Tokyo again."
