Amenities looking little old, great free alcohol, beer, drinks, ice cream etc. Average breakfast for westerner but large variety. Onsen just outside but nice & massage chairs were appreciated. "This is our second trip to Japan and decided to stay near the Shin-Osaka train station, within 9 minutes of walking distance. easy access to all locations. The area around hotel has limited shopping, however, at the train station we found over 30 restaurants, shopping, etc. The morning breakfast at the hotel is an absolute plus. A variety of delicious foods for all and great staff. We highly recommend it. We did use the on-site ONSEN and loved it. There were also other amenities like...

"The property was a 3 * and not a 4* as it was listed on Expedia. Positives: great staff, good location, does the trick for the night. Negatives: Very small room, very very hard bed, Bathroom kind of like a little pod. Fine for a night. Expensive for a 3* business hotel but did the trick for the night."
