「Pretty solid place with a great staff. Nice rooftop bar with a kickass bartender. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to book tours or transportation.」

「Accueil très agréable personnel à l’écoute et souriant l’espace bar très sympathique avec très bonne musique, d’ambiance, vraiment cosy les draps et la couchette très propre par contre malheureusement, déçu par la salle de bain, donne vraiment pas envie, odeur d’urine et pas propre salle de bain très très vieillotte par contre je pense qu’ils font tout pour améliorer le confort pas mal en travaux, je pense que ce sera mieux dans quelques semaines, voire plusieurs mois.」

「really convenient location; 7 eleven next door & laundry place a few shops down; 10 min walk to the beach; really nice design & layout for the common areas; it is on the main street though so expect the common areas to have a lot of street traffic noise which is pretty loud; rooms have a lot less street traffic noise depending on if it's right by the main street or if the rooms are farther away」

「the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same...

「I stayed at this hostel for about 4 hours during the day instead of waiting at the airport. The shared room was nice and the bed comfortable. The Ac was on which was good. Everything thing was great. I will stay here next time at at the Phuket airport area.」

「外の音もほとんど気にならず、過ごしやすかったです。 他のお店が多いエリアだと音が気になるので ここのホテルはとてもオススメです！ スタッフの人は親切ですし、 シャワーの水圧も他のホテルに比べれば強かったです！ あえてデメリットをあげるなら、 エレベーターがないことですが、 荷物が軽ければ問題ないです！ クラビに行く時はまた利用したいです。」

「Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left.」
