"We had a beautiful room at the back of the property, but I can imagine that the rooms at the front might be a bit noisy at night with bars nearby. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with food for all tastes, including freshly made omelettes. The hotel staff is accommodating and very friendly. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, but we found the ground-floor one to be the best, with great cocktails and a happy hour deal between 2 and 4 PM."

"Overall, this is a good hotel to stay if you are alone. If you have your wife or girlfriend with you I would NEVER stay here. All the customers staying here are Indian men taking prostitutes to their rooms all hours of the day and night. I had no idea it was like this and my girlfriend was with me and ALL of the Indian men staying there would look at her like a piece of meat and were so rude they would talk to her even she is walking with me. "Exceptional service at the hotel! Was there for the NY period, due to the parties and celebrations, road closure made it very difficult to book a Grab around Pattaya, no fault of the hotel of cus. Everything else was fantastic!"
