"This was a great hotel , it’s under construction but didn’t affect us much during our stay. The location is great for walking to the beach and to town. We rented scooters across the street for like $9 US dollars a day and had the best time! The pool was refreshing with the swim up bar. We had a basic king room but it was close to the lobby and the pool and was very spacious. The hotel was full so we couldn’t upgrade but tbh this room was perfect for us. "Unique point was the location as Patong beach was just 2 mins walk. It’s very spacious and easy walkable to shopping etc. Staff was amazing with always smile. At the check in, the hospitality was great with free fresh fruit offered. We loved the hotel for everything. It’s great we booked it long before our travel as the booking was full nearly 1 month before. "

"We loved the location at the top end of the island - on a great beach well away from the craziness of the lower two thirds of the island. "Beautiful stay! Some areas need a tiny bit of restoration love (floors as you enter the dining area) amd tile coming off on the in-pool chairs and the big fans in the lobby are not attractive if you are looking for a “complete vibe” but those are unimportant notes compared to the overall experience of staying there. "Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club....

"Everyone on staff were soooooooo nice! I loved this stay!!!! I will say, the crowd was older than I expected it to be, I felt like one of the youngest people on the property, and I’m in my mid-30s! Overall, would stay again. Shoutout to Celyn who helped me with check-in!"
