Clean,quiet,helpful staff. Need a better rolling cart for luggage. I t was very hard to maneuver. Staff helped with that.

The entrance to this specific is difficult to find and once found is difficult to maneuver. Its a narrow one way for cars entering and exiting.

We were happy with the room when we arrived and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. However, the next morning there was NO hot water. As in not even tepid. There was no blowdryer in the room which I haven't seen in years and we travel weekly for work. There was a coffee pot but nothing to make coffee with, and there was a updated kitchenette in the room but no glasses or paper cups for even a drink of water. This place could have been a 5 star visit but they missed so many of the little things (other than the water and I hope that can get fixed.) Interestingly, the sink had hot water, only the shower did not. I would not say do not stay here, but I would say make sure to bring your own things that were missing and double check your room for hot water before you accept it. We would stay again if we did these things.

Caught by unpleasant smell just upon entering the room and found a pubic hair on top of the bed. I took a picture on it and presented it to the desk personnel. In return, he gave me linens for me to change the beddings. I believed the room wasn’t cleaned after the prior occupant. Mainstay Suites such gross to stay.

The room smelled of smoke and caused my allergies to go crazy. I did feel safe at this hotel. The parking lot had broken down motorcycles that were being worked on. The common areas to to elevator were filthy and the elevator had major debris. The towels in my room were stained and there cigarette burns on multiple surfaces. If it had not been so late when I arrived, I would have requested to cancel my reservation immediately. However, I choose to try and sleep the night. The air conditioning would not cutoff and it was 65 degrees. Not extra blankets were available. I checked out early and made reservations at a quality hotel for the remainder of my stay. I except a refund for the reason days.

Check in with Omega was great . She was very helpful . Our keys had to be re keyed three times. Ants in room next night and front desk wouldn’t help, trash wasn’t picked up and front desk wouldn’t take it to dispose of. Wanted me to walk around the building myself. Beds were awesome very comfortable. The property was being updated and I’m sure when completed will look nice. We weren’t in room except to sleep thankfully

Room was dirty and worn, there was a pair of old shoes left from a previous guest. There was uncollected trash in the stairwells and the staff seemed indifferent to the condition of the property or the needs of the guests.

Front desk staff was nice but they need to get out and walk the facility. People throw cans and trash everywhere and no one picked it up once in the 5 days I was there. Placards state not to smoke in front of rooms and dozens of people did including in front of my door. No one enforces. My room reeked of smoke. Room was decent for the price. I will not be returning though.

The tub didn't have a cap over the drain, so it wouldn't hold water well. There were yellow spots on the ceiling and a cigarette butt on the floor when I got there. The bed, bathroom, and other furniture were clean and comfortable. The floor felt like it hadn't been swept.

There was a band aid hanging from the night stand..... For the first time in a while we had the opportunity to sleep past 5am. But instead they started doing construction at like 7am right next door in the room next to ours. And the toilet was clogged before we even checked in.....
