Our check in was great and fast. Ms. Areanna (night audit) was friendly and was able to give me very clear detailed instructions. Once we arrived to our room, we noticed a strong cigar odor and informed the front desk. Because the hotel was fully booked, they could not give us a new room BUT Jennifer T (front desk supervisor) was in our room within 10 minutes spraying and wiping everything down, cleaning the filters and more. And she did all of it with a smile! Ms. Jennifer even noticed some things she didn’t like about the room and took care of that too. Overall, I have to say great customer service.

We got stuck having to stay 3 days instead of one because of the large winter storm an could not get threw to Ohio from fla, I ask the desk if I could get a break on the price since we were stranded , they said no ! So sad ..
