"The sauna was funtioning (the reason we booked) the hot water ran out after about 5 mins of showering. There were also dust mites in the throwblanket (also had cigarette burns in it ). Ontop of all this expedia was terribly unsupportive and demanded that I show pictures of the deficiencies. "

"When I arrived there was no one at reception. Eventually a nice French gentleman came but couldn't find my booking. He did give me a room but had to knock on my door to get to sign in. I always ask for a quiet room. My room faced directly onto the busy main rod outside with trucks and buses etc. passing by all night. At 8.00 am or so they started construction inside the hotel with screaming drills and sawing noises. Never again at Wiking Hotel"

"Hotel is right on a lake in the German Countryside. It has a lakehouse feel and would be perfect for a romantic retreat. I stayed on business. "Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."

"There was a Golden Anniversary party the night we were scheduled to stay and the hostess noted music might go until 3 am. They found us a beautiful substitute location that my wife and I utterly enjoyed - and a very, very quiet night! I so appreciated the effort to find us great night of sleep."
