"It was a nice stay if you want to stay somewhere traditional. We stayed for one night ant the guest house and we wanted the experience. The place didn’t feel clean. We saw French fries and napkins on the floor when we checked in. Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was very comfortable. One of the rooms has a green exit sign which was very bright when you go to sleep. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area!
