"Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room. "Great location on the water. Maybe in the summer there are loud parties and dancing, but in November it was quiet. The included breakfast was amazing, and the dinners were tasty and very reasonably priced. "It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "
