"Overall, it was a functional good hotel especially, if you’re busy sightseeing and shopping in the Ginza area during the day. My room’s air conditioner had a slight moldy smell when it’s in operation but the room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were all very competent and friendly. "

"Kanda station is about 15 min walk. A little bit convenient for places to eat.Hotel facility was great and newly renovated. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was not great and hope Sotetsu mgt will be aware of this feedback. For salad , corn, lettuce , onions and carrots are the only ingredients. Coffee, miso soup and eggs were served cold. Food are not refiled if you don't inform them. Same food was everyday and no variety at all. The breakfast served was worth we paid for. The breakfast area...
