"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with very fast internet. The onsen has indoor and outdoor option also with Sauna room--also very clean and all-natural hot springs. The half-board dinner and breakfast were also delicious and well-prepared. This hotel staff also provided us with best-in-class service. Parking lot was very large with ample room for its guests. We had a great time and would return in the fall. Thank you for the incredible experience!!!"

"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."

"If you decide to stay at Sansuiso, you have made the right decision. This is a beautiful onsen, with a variety of different type of waters, pools on the edge of the river. We stayed in the Japanese room which is always spacious and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and do the half board (or dinner) it will be one of the best meals you may have ever eaten. The staff is so friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is situated up in the mountain and built right next to hill side. A great place to relax and just unwind closed to the nature. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. "Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place. "
