Room was very large compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Great staff, offer a welcome beverage. Used the washing machines and they worked great."

Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and the free Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge was a great bonus. Location is very easy and quick to get to from Namba Station. Highly recommended. "
