"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "

"The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. "Loved staying in this area and hotel. The staff were fantastic. And the area has so many food options. The room we got was a little smaller than what I originally saw on the reservation but it was fine for our stay. "
