"Beautifully appointed room; the bed was supremely comfortable - and I’m picky! Spotlessly clean throughout the facility including the spa, which made me confident proper measures had been taken to sanitize as well. Staff at front desk and Sakura buffet were more polite than welcoming. "

"確かにホテルは古いけれど、接客はとても良かったし、花火大会当時でしたが何の問題もなく過ごせました。ただ、小さい子供が夜中の１時まで廊下をバタバタ奇声を出しながら走り回っていたり、若い人達が大声で笑っていたりで、全く眠れませんでした…でもそれはお客のモラルの問題でホテルには責任ないですしね（笑）運が悪かったな。"

"I was not sure about the directions from Kisarazu station and first walked to the opposite say. Your should state that the hotel is not visible from the station. Bathtub was way too small. Breakfast was excellent and almost brought tears into my eyes."

"I had a fantastic stay at Shinjuku Granbell Hotel. The location in Kabukicho is lively and convenient, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station. The rooms, though compact, were well-designed, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop bar offers amazing city views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. With great amenities and a prime location, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Tokyo."
