"The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. "The room and property exceeded expectations. If you are part of the Dave Ramsey/Baby Step club be prepared that being pitched for a time share is part of your check in. The room was amazing however! Full kitchen with silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, etc. We were able to have breakfast in. My wife loved having the soaking tub in our room! "
