"The hotel is nice and tidy, with friendly staff. However, the breakfast offered was not as good compared to similar hotels. Additionally, the TV only had Vietnamese language setting, making it difficult to understand."

"Nice hotel for the price in Hanoi. Hotel staff was very helpful and attentive and tried their best to accommodate any requests we had. Even though there was a weird smell when we first entered the room, the smell was gone after we opened the windows. I think it was just the cleaning equipment and chemicals used to clean and disinfect the room. We had a wonderful 2 nights rests at the hotel after our long day exploring Hanoi."
