「Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. 」

「If you looking for booking here, don’t book here, terrible service, i paid for the room but when i went there there wasn’t any booking. No one knew whats going on? I got refund from hotels.com but less than i paid for. I had to get a taxi and go to another hotel to check in around 11:30pm I don’t recommend to anyone for booking here」

「The room we were given was in bad shape. Our elderly mother could not walk up so many stairs si they changed our room to the lower floor which was in bad shape. 」

「I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com...
