"Overall the service staff was helpful, as my son encounter slowness in WIFI and managed to solve after clarification. We are given upgraded to Premium deluxe too. There is issue with the showering area, there should be curtain or door to prevent water overflow. Slight noisy as there are units above that are loft and hearing foot steps sound in the night."

"新しいホテルで清潔感があって、快適でした。オランダ広場にも徒歩圏内で、価格の面でも満足しています。あえて言うなら、バスタオルのみでフェイスタオルがない。冷蔵庫が冷えない。Do not disturb / Clean up Roomのタブを探したが見当たらず、外出から戻ると清掃、タオル交換、ペーパー補充がされてなかった。よく見ると非常に弱いLED表示を選択するようになっていたが、キーカードを抜くと表示は見えない。でもクレーム対応は迅速でした。"

"遠くからでも見える高層ビルです。ショッピングモールも併設しているので便利です。オランダ広場からは少し離れていますが、歴史的な街並みを散歩するのにはちょうど良い距離です。部屋もきれいで外の景色も良かったです。"
