It is at very desirable location but facilities is underwhelming at this price. I am living in Silicon valley thus I am used to high price. This hotel is not cheap at my standard but definitely overpriced. Let me go through the list.
No gym, no amenities like pool, missing many benefits you could expect fro other hotels. It is likely most of hotels in Goereme are like this since it is in the middle of caves.
I guess Cappadocia area is overpriced and low quality. You may pay high price if you want to experience unique nature in Cappadocia
