The main feature of this property is the traditional styled mill room, which gives unique and charming character to the property. With its original stone work, all of which is now converted into a cozy living, kitchen and dining area. Complete with a fireplace – all of which overlooks the private pool and deck area.
A spiral staircase - which is a feature in itself, joins the living area with the 3 bedrooms upstairs. One twin and One double on first floor both served with a bathroom in the hallway.
On the 3rd floor there is another double bedroom with ensuite, a large terrace overlooking the valley with magnificent Citadel fortress views.
Finally completing this delightful holiday home, is a separate twin bedroom reachable also by stairs from kitchen dining living combined room completed with ensuite facilities.
Property is not recommended for persons with limited mobility as every room is reachable via stairs only.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.25 per night.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Kercem, the village in which the accommodation resides is small, with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated. In Kercem you can find also a football pitch just 600m away from the property. Greens Bar and Restaurant is also in the football pitch premises that serves good food.
The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
