"The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....

"Part of my reason for returning to Japan, was to study traditional interior decorating, This house was a good example, as it was built before WW2, Other advantages were the nice neighborhood, plenty of space, laundry, good heating system, friendly owner."

"Let me start with this property is amazing. The property feels very traditional Japanese home. If you want to have an authentic Japanese experience don’t look further. This place is in a local neighborhood and is very calm and quiet. There are local restaurants near by. Transportation is good and close to Disneyland. One bus away from property."

"Very nice house. Proximity to the JR Shin Koiwa station makes getting anywhere in Tokyo very easy. It’s about a ten minute walk. Host is excellent and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. If you can navigate the excellent Tokyo rail and subway system this is an excellent choice for your visit. I would not hesitate to book the Kanae House again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Kamei House! Communication was excellent. We were granted access to the house with a phone app to control the lock which was a handy and easy way to check in. The house was located with easy access to two train stations depending on route. There was plenty of space for our group of six and we had a great time exploring Tokyo from this convenient location!"

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。 今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。 ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。 加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。 夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。 また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。 キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。 また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"This property was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and came with added amenities that any visitor will appreciate. The location was only a very short distance to Shinkoiwa Station, which made transport very easy. It is also located right next to the Edo River which made for a nice stroll in the evening. We very much enjoyed our time here and would Highly recommend this property!"
