Это хостел
О приятном: хорошее месторасположение. Двор тихий, хотя расположен на шумной пешеходной улице. Рядом все достопримечательности. А теперь о самом "отеле". Трудно назвать данный объект отелем, скорее хостел. Лифт отсутствует. При заезде знакомят с правилами проживания, которые никаким образом не отражены в описании при бронировании. В номере лофт в ванной не работала вытяжка. Уборку сделали один раз за восемь суток, и то... лучше бы не делали, в ящиках с полотенцами и кровати были длинные волосы черного цвета...УЖАС!! Мусор стали выносить спустя двое суток и то после сделанного замечания (в 19:00 после экскурсии отдыхала в номере...в дверь громко постучали, предложили вынести мусор?). Слышимость в номере такая, что создается ощущение присутствия соседей непосредственно в номере..(видимо стены из картона..)

Очень круто, но есть нюанс ))
Отель хороший, чистый, уютный и с очень интересным номером лофт. Есть один минус - очень плохая шумоизоляция от соседнего номера, из-за которой было слышно телевизор соседей, как будто он громко включен у нас в ноиере. Не удалось полноценно выспаться утром ((

Все отлично, чистое белье, есть все необходимое. Но парковки там нет. Есть платные недалеко от отеля.

Удивило требование при выходе с территории отеля оставлять ключи от номера на ресепшене. Основной минус - стены картонные, вы будете слышать соседей, соседи будут слышать вас. В остальном впечатления только положительные, номер симпатичный и чистый, все необходимое есть.

Прекрасный отель в центре Казани за минимальные деньги. Во дворике, поэтому очень тихо. Чисто, уютно, хорошо оборудованный санузел. Вкусное кафе, хотя в него и сложно попасть - всегда битком. Было бы идеально, если бы не один серьезнейший минус: в номере не было шкафа! Есть вешалка с 2мя крючками и 4мя плечиками. Одному еще куда ни шло, но ведь номер двухместный! Если вдвоем, то по два плечика на одежду, а верхнюю одежду вешать уже некуда. Ну а бельё, джинсы и т.д. просто вынуждено было валяться на подоконнике. Это впечатление об отеле подпортило.

Очень хорошее соотношение цена/качество
Мини-отель находится на полном аналоге старого Арбата в Москве. В пешей доступности почти все интересные места, вокруг много кафе/ресторанов на любом вкус. Брали один раз завтрак (шведский стол) - ничего выдающегося, но цена всего 250руб/чел. Голодными не останетесь. В целом всё отлично, базовый стандартный номер отвечает всем требованиям. Рекомендую

Очень хороший отель
Номер очень комфортный, очень порадовало, что одноместные кровати стояли на большом расстоянии друг от друга (часто бывает, что берешь номер с 2 одноместными кроватями, а они стоят вплотную и это неудобно). В номере нет шампуня и шапочек для душа - это не минус, но тк в других отзывах читала, что есть халаты и зубные щетки (они были), решила, что такие более базовые, на мой взгляд, предметы, тоже есть и не взяла шапочки с собой. Завтракать ходили в другие места: буфет не интересный, но выручает, если в выходной день надо позавтракать ровно в 8, а комплексные завтраки видели только на картинке: веранда с утра выглядит не очень уютно. В номере чайник, в коридоре - кулер с водой, очень удобно.

Осталась в восторге от номера и отеля. Плюсы: + Расположение (самый центр и самая популярная улица: Кремль, кафе, супермаркет, метро и все остальное в шаговой доступности) + Вежливый и приятный персонал + Отличный номер (переживала, что не будет достаточно места на "втором этаже" - в зоне кровати, но нет. Потолки высокие и с местом все хорошо!) + Все в хорошем состоянии, отремонтировано + Есть кондиционер, окно (хоть было написано, что номер без окна, окно есть, просто оно выходит в стену. Но открыть проветрить комнату можно!) + Холодильник (большой плюс что он не выключается когда вы выходите из номера) + Чайник, холодная вода, чай, стаканы, кувшин для воды, ложки, тарелки. Очень удобно купить завтрак в другом месте и позавтракать в номере. + Зубные щетки, паста, халат для ванной + Есть камера хранения, где можно оставить вещи если вы вылетаете только вечером + Отличный вайфай Минусы - Немного душно в номере, не достаточно проветривается В целом осталась очень и очень довольна! Большое спасибо!

Атмосферный отель в центре города.
Очень атмосферный отель. Отличное месторасположение прямо на пешеходной улице Баумана. Очень понравился дизайн номеров и приятный персонал на рецепшн. Завтрак на раздаче больше похож на обед. Надо было брать комплексные, но мы торопились. В номере было все необходимое, тапочки, халаты, полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, зубные щётки и паста. Также имелся чайник И чай. В целом очень довольны отдыхом.

никакой романтики только холод и боль
Сначала нас заселили в номер шириной 2,5 метра с кроватями одна перед другой. Сдвинуть их вместе не возможно. Это трэш какой-то. Попросили поменять. Нам любезно предложили другой с доплатой 1400, итого 3200. То есть, на 1000 дороже хороших отелей. Номер был шикарный, но там как специально было дико холодно. Пошли в душ греться-кончилась горячая вода. Романтическая поездка испорчена. Не рекомендую к проживанию зимой никому!
