"I usually don't review hotels but Nishitetsu Hotel Croom exceeded my expectations. The property is located conventiently next to Hisayaodori station, with the station entrance on the corner of the block. Front desk staff speak english, making check in easy. I booked a double room non smoking with rainhead shower. The room itself is very spacious by Japan standards, with a great open layout that can easily accomodate 2 people. The toilet and shower are in seperate rooms which I prefer. The power...

"we stay 1 night prior to our morning flight..The hotel is inside Chubu International Airport which only takes less than 5 minutes walk to check in counter. The hotel room is spacious enough for 2 person and clean. There is convenient store next to the hotel and plenty eatery at the airport. I recommend this hotel if you have early morning flight."

"The location is fantastic nearby dining options aplenty and probably Nagoya's best MEGA donki just opposite the entrance. On top of that it has an amazing buffet breakfast, and natural onsen. However it is a bit dated, so rooms are a bit old, so is the elevator and having a physical key is kinda worrisome."
