"Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to restaurants and bars. Family oriented with happenings for kids. Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. We would stay here...

"Although some areas of the property could be refreshed, the unit we booked is still very nice and represents very good value relative to the rate we paid. Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel. Without a late check out, it would’ve added several hours of what is already an extremely long day travelling back to Vancouver."

"There was nothing unique about the place. Buffet was below average. Most of staff spoke Myanmar and very little English. Made for long check in. Staff didn’t know what the other staff was talking about. Catered to a certain clientele and we were sort of pushed aside. I would not recommend it to family or friends. 👎👎👎"

"The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising for everything.."
