"We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"The house is modern, bright, clean and comfortable, and well equipped. Six of us had plenty of space. The pool is great, and though the beach is small and not very clean it was good to be right by the sea. The location is remote, about 5km from Kyllini in a small development. This area of Greece is undeveloped and rural, the landscape flat. Kyllini is for ferries to the islands, and has some restaurants, but we found it much nicer to eat at the house. "The location is one of the best neighborhoods in town that is very easy to get around, not too touristy, quiet yet soo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets just a few blocks away. "Hotels.com showed our room with a balcony but it was ground floor. Staff changed our room which was fantastic. Any other issues were sorted straight away. No beach nearby, just rocks and sea. Loads of restaurants and really good food at a good price. "

"All in all a fabulous stay at Ilios Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of it. The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed. Would definitely stay again. "

"A very quiet neighbourhood that I enjoyed throughly with my friends. The property suited all our needs, one thing I will mention is the shower drain doesn’t drain properly and if shower exceeds 3-5 mins, it will flood the bathroom floor going under the door into the hallway. Close to the beach and the strip was a perk as we were looking for a nightlife experience. I would definitely come visit again!"

"Staff were extremely helpful, grounds were beautiful. Lots of cats and little pups around (not sure if strays or if the hotel was caring for them) but all very friendly and loved feeding them. Rooms spacious and clean. "

"The Marelen was perfect for us, the breakfast had many options, the pool bar was top notch service, its location is perfectly between the beach and main road for shops etc. We were visiting for a few days for a wedding so staying in different hotels and multiple people mentioned how they really liked our hotel compared to others in the area - we are hoping to be back for a proper holiday next year!"

"We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didn’t mind, however worth noting if that’s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while it’s close to everything you need, it’s also private and quiet."
