"The location of the hotel is great, very close to all the places you would want to visit in Osaka. It’s a bit of a trek getting to from the Kansai Airport but once you understand the metro system it’s manageable. The rooms are small but very clean. There was a large selection of toiletries provided in the hotel lobby ranging from hair masks, bath soaks and curling irons. The staff were friendly and very eager to help. "
