"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"Beautiful views and very kind service with all workers there but the rooms you can just tell are older and haven’t been updated in a very long time. Even the in-room phones look like they’re from 1990. If this resort did a revamp they would be unstoppable. Also all of the property food and neighboring restaurants were very just ok and very expensive. You have to take a cab to other areas for better local food. It’s not very walkable and you need a cab because it is one of the farthest points in...

"I read some negative reviews that made me worried about my choice but when we arrived and spent 5 days there, we left with a sad heart. The place is beautiful, the beach is amazing and the people are very helpful and nice. The rooms are a bit outdated but nevertheless, the place has a certain charm. Thank you for everything and the empathy we received when we had a small emergency. "
