This ocean tower 11th floor two bedroom, two bath 1466 SF luxury Penthouse villa is located in Oahu's most prestigious beachfront destination - Beach Villas at Ko Olina ('Place of Joy'). You'll experience breathtaking panoramic ocean views from your private lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. Overlooking two crystal blue pools, winding koi ponds and spectacular grounds, you'll never tire of the stunning ocean views and soothing sounds of the island birds.

A semi-private elevator delivers you to your exclusive villa. The moment you step inside, the ocean view will take your breath away. The furnishings are island luxury with all the amenities of home, and more. Perfect for couples who enjoy sipping cocktails at sunset with their toes in the sand.

The living area of this fabulous villa is furnished with quality and comfort in mind. You'll enjoy the 55" LG SMART HDTV, DVD player, Home Audio System, Logitech Bluetooth audio adapter, and complimentary high performance wireless broadband internet service.

The elegant dining area has a beautiful 60" table and comfortably seats 6. The signature kitchen, designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, features granite counter tops and an island bar with seating for 3. The upgraded and fully equipped gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and everything you might need to prepare fabulous meals.

The sophisticated master suite features a spacious king size bed with a walk-in closet, a 43” LG SMART HDTV, DVD player for your entertainment. The elegant master bath has a luxurious deep-soaking tub and separate large walk-in shower. An added treat is a very private lanai off the master suite where you can view the golfers on hole #9 or spot Diamond Head off in the distance.

Great Spring Break
We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina. The condo is fantastic. The views are incredible, and it is well laid out. The resort is great, too, with easy beach access and nice pools. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely do it again.

Very good location with access to a joining properties for eating out without having the masses on this property this property. All thing I would change is that I believe the quiet and hot tub should stay open later than the other pools. Honestly, I would say 9 o’clock early for all the pools.

This was our second time staying at Ko’olina and we absolutely loved this condo. The view was spectacular and we spent most of our time out on the lanai! We appreciated the short distance to the parking space as one of our guests has mobility issues. The condo is well stocked and felt like home!

This is a great condo in an amazing location at the ko olina coves! Very convenient to nearby resorts (we took our 2 little ones over to Disney Aulani for the character breakfast and luau). Super clean, large, comfortable condo! We were very happy!

Had a much needed family vacay with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend! The villas were perfect! Beautiful accommodations! Rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Royal Hawaiian! A Little Bit of Paradise!
Wonderful penthouse unit with views of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler were available for our use. Our on-site host, Louie, was attentive to our needs. The development itself is beautiful with its own peaceful lagoon. I highly recommend this unit!

Family Vacation
This is our 3rd trip to Ko Olina in the last 10 years. We love this place and all that it has to offer. This visit, we spent more time within the complex and our unit than usual. Wedding stay
This condo was great. We rented 4 condos at Ko Olina for our family for wedding festivities. Everything was wonderful. The AC broke the second day, but was fixed pretty promptly. Misty (who greets you on property) was helpful and pleasant. The owners were very nice to deal with over email.

Very nice large condo with a great view. Quick response on issues when they arose. Lawrence was particularly helpful. A/C is an issue if cleaners leave the unit open and it is hot outside. Good snorkeling and beach-turtles, Huma-Huma, Moorish idols, etc.
