"I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "

"Huge rooms with beautiful views and an onsite Japanese garden super close to the monorail station connecting to the JR Kokura train station and other destinations. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. The retro feel of the rooms may be a selling point to those who like that however. "

"Very convenient hotel at Mojiko.. hotel is old but well maintain. Parking area was not indoor. The day check out was raining a little bit inconvenient. However the man helping parking outside the hotel was very good, every time we park in he ran to us and showed us where to park, the weather was cold with strong wind, appreciate his hard work! "
