"If say it's a hotel, rather say it's an apartment. Basically you take the whole apartment yourself, good for family to stay together. Staff is nice and happy to welcome everyone. Nice view from top of the hotel and close to other major spots"

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"The staff made the trip. The hotel is in the old geisha neighborhood but within walkable distance of the other attractions : castle, gardens, samurai houses and fish market. Nothing was too much trouble for Mitsu and he helped with restaurants and directions. Kanazawa was great."

"The hotel is a bit far from the station, but it's well-located near the main tourist spots, so you won’t miss out on anything. It’s a cozy and comfortable place, and unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at, the staff here felt much more approachable, thanks to the warm atmosphere. If you're looking for a good vibe, I'd suggest staying here. "

"love the thoughtful amenities, like the free welcome drinks (tea, coffee, probiotic yogurts) and ice cream pops, free washing machines (drier for small fee). Favorite part was the onsen hours - open overnight which was excellent as my partner had several middle of the night business calls in US time zones. would absolutely stay again. "

"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It was just a few minute's walk from the train station, close to a multi-level mall and not too far from many of the major sites. The room was more spacious than expected and had a terrific view of the city. Will definitely stay here again."
