"The worst stay ever. The apartment is spacious and view is nice. The apartment condition is bad , the sofa is full of stain and dirty, Unpleasant smell around the house, the furniture also broken alot . Even bed sheet got stained . I passed Rm200 for security deposit at the counter upon check in , however I had checkout earlier the next day, the staff said will refund the money in 1-2days, however it was refunded after 4days and they deducted Rm63.68 from my deposit FOR NO REASON. "Our room was not available for unclear reasons upon arrival. Sketchy and passive aggressive management. A cash damage deposit was required at check in without prior notice. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!"
