"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "部屋にテレビなし。ベッドは埃や髪の毛が落ちていて衛生的に問題あり。掛け布団はシミあり。枕カバーやシーツは自分でやらないといけない。掃除もされてなくて。ユニットバスも汚く、シャワーヘッドをかけるところも取れそうな状態だった。宿泊代は安いが改善が必要。"

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"The hotel is at very close proximity (5 min) walk to Fujikyu Highland train station with some options for dining in that area. Overall property is quite clean (seems newly built) and they have free parking in the back. The best of all is that when you open the window in the morning, the view of Fujisan is right in front of your face."
