My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested. "Absolutely incredible Glamping experience. The hospitality is exceptional, the villa we stayed in was cozy, and the views of Fuji are top notch, especially while bbqing or hanging out in the jacuzzi. The half board (curated bbq dinners, and breakfast buffet) were phenomenal - great mix of meats and seafood both nights with a special prepared dish as well. If you’re looking for a one of a kind experience - this is your place! "

Tranquil, relaxing stay with nature and views

"My favourite stay ever! If you like somewhere quiet, with some tranquility, relaxation and nature, this is perfect. The view of Mt Fuji with the kotatsu under the night sky made this so memorable. However, keep in mind that the location is remote, so is more ideal as a stay within the properties. You can get a taxi in and out, but can be a bit of a hassle."

Great, easy, comfortable stay

"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Beds were really comfortable. Nothing bad to say! "
