"This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. The road noise was a bit intrusive particularly at night and the road was incredibly busy but apart from that the location is good. "Insgesamt sehr entspannt und schön! Mit Hund super, da es einen kleinen Garten gibt, der abgezäunt ist. Jedoch könnten größere Hunde bzw. gut springende Hunde an einer Stelle über die Tür springen und kleinere Hunde könnten an manchen Stellen unten durch schlüpfen. Weg zum Haus wird derzeitig gebaut und war ein wenig schwierig. Dürfte aber demnächst behoben sein. Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was man aber nur mit offenem Fenster hört. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"Toll designtes Hotel, leider ohne eigenes Frühstück. To go Kaffee im empfohlenen Lokal im gleichen Gebäude war an dem Tag nicht möglich. Im Zimmer durchgehend laute Belüftung, was die Nachtruhe etwas stört. Stadtzentrum ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel und ein schöner Aufenthalt. "

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

Good stay

"Great hotel for a stay in St Johann. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, the staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner was varied. I particularly wanted a room with a balcony and there was nothing else in St Johann to compare price wise. Great e bike hire virtually next door & about a 10 minute walk into town. Raining when I left taxi to station was 10 euros. Would stay again"

Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

"I have been coming to Tirol at the end of summer for many years. This is my second stay at this property. It is by far my favorite hotel in the area with a fantastic golf course on site. The rooms are fantastic, the staff is great, and the breakfast is wonderful. I will be back for many more years to come. "

"Superbe maison bavaroise. Chambre deluxe très raffinées et super spacieuses. Eau citronnée en chambre. Piscine très sympa et spa de folie, le Hammam vaut le détour. Petit-déjeuner très correct. Seul bémol, pas de restauration, les 2 restaurants sont fermés en même temps. "
