Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel

3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1008)
"Hawaii is expensive enough without having to gouge clients $35 a day to park, really felt that was a slap in the face. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the pool is nice. Nice central location for the town itself. Area is VERY NOISY in the early am if you are in the east tower. Lots of delivery trucks backing up etc."

Beautiful, Spacious, Garden View Studio with Kitchenette. Wir Sprechen Deutsch.

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (20)
"Cozy. The night noise of the birds and inhabitants of the "honey i shrunk the kuds jungle yard" (its actually amazing) was a bit nervewracking the first night but then your used to it (after shutting every possible window-ut drowns em out) trust that the heavy steppers upstairs were WAY NOISIER then the jungle yard. Very clean. Bring your own bed pillows cause those suckers are flat and thin. Comfy bed! Convenient washer & dryer. Home is definetely off the beaten path but you wont get rosd...

Delightful Ocean/Beach Front - Budget Friendly with AC in Both Bedrooms!

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (95)
"We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

Beautiful Ocean/Beachfront Property and A Private Back Yard! AC in both BDRMS!

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (96)
"Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!"

"It is an amazing location within driving distance of many beaches, restaurants, shopping, Kona, and the airport. We loved the quiet and relaxing vibe. Ocean Front Top Floor Condo/Free WiFi & Parking/Pool/Jacuzzi/Grill/Beach Equipmt

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (158)
"The location was ideal for us, and was a beautiful view! We had a great stay, the property was clean, well organized and the check in was easy. Pool looked clean and refreshing, although we did not have an opportunity to utilize it. Our only want, a bit more of a selection of pots/ skillets, and cooking utensils… but everyone is different. We would definitely recommend and would visit again if our travels bring us back to the area."
