"Resort was a little above average. They are currently undergoing renovations. The furniture could use some updating and bed was not supportive enough for my back. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel, close to shops and restaurants and right on the beach. "

Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (502)
"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"Everything was wonderful! The apartment is comfortable and clean. The provided snacks were excellent and much appreciated. And the view. My goodness, what a view! Beautiful, Spacious, Garden View Studio with Kitchenette. Wir Sprechen Deutsch.

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (20)
"Cozy. The night noise of the birds and inhabitants of the "honey i shrunk the kuds jungle yard" (its actually amazing) was a bit nervewracking the first night but then your used to it (after shutting every possible window-ut drowns em out) trust that the heavy steppers upstairs were WAY NOISIER then the jungle yard. Very clean. Bring your own bed pillows cause those suckers are flat and thin. Comfy bed! Convenient washer & dryer. Home is definetely off the beaten path but you wont get rosd...

Delightful Ocean/Beach Front - Budget Friendly with AC in Both Bedrooms!

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (95)
"We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

Beautiful Ocean/Beachfront Property and A Private Back Yard! AC in both BDRMS!

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (96)
"Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!"

Lovely Room. Wir Sprechen Deutsch. Tropical Garden, Quiet

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (13)
"Host was very welcoming and responsive. Check in/out super easy! Beach and regular towels, wash cloths, silverware, plates, cups, dishes, mugs, hand soap, beach chairs, cooler, refrigerator, microwave, laundry room ($5 per load) all available. Parking was easy. The views in any direction were awesome. Only con is how thin the walls were and guests who didn't follow the quiet hours. Will definitely be back with my entire family so we take up all the rooms!"

"The condo itself was great. Renovations really were nice. The whole complex however was pretty dated and could use a refresh. Views from balcony were stellar and main reason we rented here. Owner was great to respond and very helpful. "
