"Pros: Amazing views from the condo of the beach and ocean; we did not use the pool on the property, but it looked nice. Easy to walk into town. Spacious 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Easy to park at the property. Friendly people. Cons: Condo is in need of a refresh - damaged drywall, vent is caked with dust, screen door is off track and difficult to open/shut, kitchen is pretty well equipped, but chipped plates (one was clearly repaired with some type of glue). "Everything was wonderful! The apartment is comfortable and clean. The provided snacks were excellent and much appreciated. And the view. My goodness, what a view! "We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

"Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!"
