The best view you could ever ask for. Spacious, comfortable, in a good spot near great beaches. Couldn’t be happier with our time on the north shore and would suggest a house up here over a hotel down south any day!

Location was amazing!! House was great!! Great neighborhood!!! ONLY downside was no blinds on sliding glass doors to prevent afternoon sun from reflecting off water and into the living room but would book again - no problem. Was my family’s first time here and they LOVED it

Lovely Family Reunion Celebration
This was the first big trip with just the adults, and the property was just a dream. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, spotlessly clean, and the view was unbelievably beautiful. Quiet and relaxing but close to great snorkeling and cute towns. I highly recommend it!

Amazing weekend!
My husband and I were looking for a beach side stay for our wedding location and also a place for our family to also stay with us. Our first reactions when we walked in the door was just “wow”! The house is beautiful! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The backyard is also the perfect location for a small wedding (we did it during sunset) and the pictures turned out amazing! Our weekend honestly couldn’t have been any better!

Amazing view but very warm inside
It has amazing views at sunset. The beach is not very user friendly as far as snorkeling but, there are tons right down the road. It has AC but doesn't really down the space so it was very warm during our stay.

Incredible place! Perfect
This is a great place with a perfect location. So close to everything on the North Shore and yet super private and quiet. It was like we had our own private beach. Rocks right in front of unit but very short walk either way to sand. Beautiful. Close by farmers markets for fresh fruit. Can't recommend enough. Would stay here again. All communication was great and so friendly. We loved it. So sad to leave

Incredible view and perfect location!
We loved our time at this home! The view is unbelievable- we enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening, stargazing at night, and even saw whales from the back porch! And the access to the beach being just steps away- truly incredible!! You did have to walk a short walk to get to an area of the beach where you could play in the water, but not far and the walk is beautiful. The house is in such a great location on the North Shore - we loved exploring Haleiwa and also being so close to Turtle Bay for a luau and nice dinner! Highly recommend this amazing home.

Perfect Getawat
4 adults and 2 children stayed here with lots of comfort and peace. Beautiful location as you can’t beat the beach. Home was perfect, cozy and contained essentials needed to make every day a little nicer. We BBQ every single night and just enjoyed ourselves out in the lanai. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to a cute market with fresh fruit and really ono shave ice made with real fruit. Overall, we didn’t want to leave. This place is 100% worth it. I would recommend to family and friends from all over.

Amazing house!!!!
I found this amazing house right on the beach and took my family to do a celebration of life for my wife who passed away from Cancer a year ago. Our stay was amazing, the house was exactly what it shows online, the pictures don't do it justice! We'd wake up and have coffee on the porch and listen to the waves. Access to the beach was great, house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and was well stocked with towels and cooking stuff. Lots of local fruits and vegetables within a mile. No need to go into town! I am ready to go back and stay AGAIN! If you need rest and relaxation, this is where you want to stay! Get away from the hussle of downtown Honolulu and enjoy the beach! This was our first time renting a house and the property management team was very helpful and quick to respond to emails. The only downfall on this place is it got a bit warm inside just from the sun but in the evenings it cooled down. It was 8 adults that stayed and plenty of room for everyone, the outside shower was a great help with the sand. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND STAY HERE!!!!!

Beautiful view but cheap on supplies
The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. The dials on the stove are worn off. None of the electrical outlets work in the upstairs bathroom. There is no garbage disposal. The toilet paper provided is single ply, which is not what one would expect in any expensive rental property. The towels were of high quality. The double mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be flipped and turned or replaced. Please note that there is no ocean access from the yard. The owners should better maintain this property or reduce the price. We stayed for a week in February 2024 and are permanent residents of Oahu.

Loved the house!
We were a family group of four adults who stayed in this house for nine days. We found the house to be comfortable, exactly as pictured in the photos on the website, and clean when we arrived. The house has easy off street parking unlike some other rentals closer to Haleiwa and feels pretty private although there is a house on each side. We also had family in the small cottage next door. The view, the yard and the lanai were fantastic as was the outdoor shower. The kitchen was fully equipped. We felt we were about midway between the Foodland grocery in Laie and the one in Pupukea/Haleiwa so we found that to be convenient. The beach in front of the house was better for walking than swimming when we were there but we went to both Waimea Bay and Turtle Bay along with other beaches in between and didn't find the drive to be a problem. We never had a chance to walk down to the closer swimming beach nearby due to other activities. We used the house as a base for sightseeing in the Honolulu area, also, and didn't mind the drive. Overall, our stay was excellent and we would definitely return. It was a great value.

Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I did not want to leave. The house was very spacious and had everything you needed except for food of course. It was a bit warm but at night time we would open up an the windows and the breeze would cool it down. There are window ACs in the bedrooms however the upstairs is open to the downstairs but the large fan made it comfortable to sleep at night. I would suggest one of the wall AC units in the living room to cool it better during the day. Overall our experience was the best. The washer had a mildew smell but that was expected being on a humid island. Foodland was 10 minutes away. Kind of pricey but convenient or you can drive to Walmart which is about 45 minutes away. We loved the north shore side because it felt like home. We will be renting this house again in the near future. We can't wait to return!

Great location on North Shore by all the wonderful beaches. It was quite far from Honolulu. We filled all the beds, and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom situation was a bit crammed, no bathroom privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking was good. Upstairs was hot and humid, we asked the management company for another AC unit and they installed it for us, which made it more comfortable. There were no shade blinds on the big windows downstairs which made is very hot at peak day and evening. The house was located right on the ocean with a small sandy beach, good sized yard for star gazing, and a nice patio for lounging. The garbage situation was not good; the containers were not labeled well, and the prior guest garbage filled all the bins already when we arrived. The management asked us to move trash that was wrongly in the yard bin to another trash bin, and there were maggots. It was disgusting and really was not our responsibility to deal with the poor trash situation. There were a lot of flies we had to combat constantly in the house and on the porch. There were some beach toys and swim gear on the side of the house which was nice to use. There was an outdoor shower that got good use. There was a dead lizard in the upstairs stuck in the wooden rafters which was creepy. The inside couch was actually outdoor patio furniture and that could be improved for comfort. Overall it was enjoyable and mostly comfortable, but also had some drawbacks.
