"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. I felt I was fooled by their false advertisement. I’m not a first international traveler and hasn’t experienced not getting a room I paid for except this hotel.
