However the toilet is very easy blocked, water level in the bowl is high and can cause splashing. "This is a palatial hotel. I love the design very much. Because it's on a skyscraper, the view is superb. It's very convenient for shopping, dinning and transportation. Subway entrance is under the building and a mall is connected. It's highly recommended. PS: Only a small flaw, the internet speed was a bit slow. "

"One of the best hotels I stayed at. The hotel needs a bit of renovation. Other than that it’s perfect from location and easy mall access from the hotel lobby great staff very friendly and helpful. All what you need you can find it in the room from iron , hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and more. Definitely it’s the place to stay at if you are visiting Changsha. "

"The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel."
