"We had a fantastic stay at the property over New Year. The house was clean, comfortable and lots to do. The host was extremely helpful and made the check in process easy, The location was great, only a 10 minute walk in Swanage, you do have to walk up a hill to get back to the house, which wasn’t an issue for us "

Everything we needed was there, and Amy was on hand to help instantly if ever we had a question. The best weekend in the more gorgeous house. "Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend "

"We came for a short break Thursday-Sunday. The van was spotless. The host thought about everything from providing fairy liquid, to loo rolls. Even a little sewing kit in the bathroom. We were very lucky with our weather even had a coffee on the veranda. The views over to chesil very pretty at night with the lights. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you. "
