「My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at your resort. Wehad arrived for my youngest son's wedding and your resort was within 15-20 minutes driving. Our room was good and clean. The staff are excellent, cheerful and helpful. I was unwell while there, not feeling inclined to attend the dining room .. on being asked for a mug for cup-a-soup" and a small meal for my daughter, they stated "no problem" and delivered both to our room. 「The property was easy to find, very clean and tidy. Check in was easy with friendly helpful staff. The room was a smaller one, but perfect as i was the only person staying in it. Walking distance to local shopping centre. Overall very good. 」

It's close to Himeji Garden and it's fun to take a morning walk.However, I was asked to pay at check-in even though I paid at the time of reservation. I asked if it was a deposit, but they said it was not. I asked for a refund at check-out, but I didn't really understand.You can clearly hear the snoring next door.」
