"The code for entrence wasn't provided beforehand. The day of I contracted the property owner via chat to ask for the code so I would have it when I arrived at 16h. I asked them twice but they didn't respond. I called them and after 20 minutes they could provide me the code. The property itself is clean and has everything for one night stay. The sad part was that the roll curtains didn't work so we couldn't darken the room and woke up really early because of that "

"The apartment is in a very central location. A two minute wall to the main train station and also a lot of decent restaurants. It was very expensive and not that much higher then a standard size hotel room. It was very clean and had a great bathroom - they came and cleaned every day which was great. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"Had a wonderful stay at Guy’s apartment- it was clean, well decorated and Guy himself was very helpful and friendly, with lots of interesting stories about his time as a music promoter working with some of the biggest names in the industry. We had the meal option, and it was absolutely superb- we loved every part of the meal and the wine was also very good. If you’re staying here, we highly recommend you also book this, as it’s amazing value for money! Merci beaucoup, Guy!"

"Top ausgestattet, nichs was fehlt, alles da. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Essen kann man wunderbar in der Köhler Stuben in Oberweis. Ca 5 Kilometer Wanderung durch schöne Feldwege bergab. An der Prüm kann man ebenfalls top wandern, bzw. eine rundwanderung von der Wohnung zur Köhler Stuben unternehmen... Eifel ist immer einen Besuch wert..."

"Love everything about the hotel except the spa. Steam room was out of service. The spa is not that great as it looks in the pictures. They don't keep the floor dry at the spa. The spa area needs more attention in the cleaning and neatness department."
