"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. "夫婦で毎年別所温泉に来ていますが、今年は上山田温泉にしてみました。お部屋もお部屋にある露天風呂も良かったです。女性の露天風呂の薔薇も感激しました。暖かいおもてなしが良かったですが、残念だったのが、夜中まで騒いでいる別客の声が聞こえたりして、あまりのんびりと出来ず、貸風呂の廊下も雨の為とはいえ滑りやすく危険でした。温泉は最高だっただけに少し残念さが心残りです。"
