"The employees were very polite and the process to check-in and check-out was smooth. The breakfast had good variety. Some things could be improved though, for example, if you know that 4 people will occupy the room why would there only be 3 towels and 2 tiny soaps? I know I could’ve asked for more, but it would be better if it was thought for in advance. Also, the first thing we saw when we entered the room was the broken mesh screen on the floor at the window. Could’ve been easily fixed before...
