*10 pm local noise ordinance. All outside noise (including the backyard area) must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. This is strictly enforced!
*No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home.
*No glitter or confetti allowed on the property.
*you are responsible for your pet(s) and will be held liable for any damages or extra cleaning caused by them.
*The lowest the AC will go is 70 degrees.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We are a pet-friendly home. PLEASE ADD YOUR PET TO YOUR RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING SO THAT THERE IS NO CONFUSION(2 pet max with 25lb>weight restriction). A $200 pet fee is applied to your price. You will be charged a fee If your pet leaves an excess amount of fur. if your pet(s) were not on your reservation, you will be charged the pet fee& extra cleaning fee remove excessive fur.

pet(s) must be with owner at all times and should not be left alone in the the property by themselves. Guest are responsible for any damages done by their pet(s)

No unregistered guests/pets allowed. We do not allow parties, events, or loud music inside or outside of the property. Violation of the rule will terminate your stay, with No refund, and a fine.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY/EVENTS HOUSE. Please, do not throw any parties/events. Deep cleaning fee is $350.

extra guests must be approved by the host or co-host. Please add all guest that will be sleeping at the home. We no longer can accommodate early/late check-ins/out.

Please leave the furniture in its place and put things back where you find them. Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or allow your furry friends on the furniture. If furniture or items is damaged or stained due to pet(s), food, or beverage, you will have to pay for it.

guest(s) will have to pay for any towels or linen that are damaged. Please notify me if anything breaks (plates or glass) by accident in a timely manner. You will not be charged if notified.

There is a strict No Smoking (of any kind) policy on the premises. Any signs of smoke will incur a $300 Fine.

Please clean up after yourselves and your pet(s) and take the trash out during designated trash days for the next guest.

You may see wildlife local to the area, such as Agama lizards. Keeping the doors/windows open will encourage lizards and pests to come inside. We do treat the house regularly to keep them out.

Any violations of any of our house rules guest will immediately be asked to leave the property with no refunds.
