"Absolutely beautiful outlook from outdoor dining area. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils that are usually missing from holiday let properties. The stairs are slightly difficult for younger children to handle (eg 2 years and under). Local village of Fourcès has a great restaurant - make sure you book it was very popular. Local vineyard also great. Owner was very happy to host us and patient with our slow French."

"The region of the Pays du Gers is stunning, the house in a very quiet and relaxing and spacious area, 'en pleine campagne'. However, especially the cleanliness of the house is disappointing on the basis of the presentation/photographs when arriving on the site."

The children enjoyed the pool, however the pool was deep for them and we had to purchase some inflatables for them to get the most out of swimming as they were unable to touch the bottom. "I was extremely pleased with hotel de college! Beautiful hotel, well appointed room, very happy with the thermal baths right next door. My room also had a mini kitchen which was fantastic as a great to go kitchen basically across the street(and I was by myself doing the gr 65). I hate hotels who don't let you open the windows so this was also a plus. Best night of my trip so far!"

"Mark and Gill were super hosts from start to finish. The facilities at the property were outstanding - fabulous heated swimming pool; well equipped games room; comfortable, spacious, well appointed accommodation; provision of bicycles and other sports equipment; large garden set in a peaceful, rural, location. Near to cycle path, tennis court and interesting towns. It was perfect for our family who all had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended "
