"The photos in the listing are accurate. Know that the canal width is not as wide as the pix make it look, but it is still pleasant to have it there and see boaters go by in the morning. We stayed from a Sunday through Friday so it was beautifully quiet. Plenty of towels and kitchen fully equipped!! Enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening on the dock. "This property is exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. The owner is a heckuva nice guy and was genuinely caring about our experience. Not every rental is going to be perfect, but for my wife and I and our 2 boys, it was spot on and we recommend this property to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and comfort too. "We stayed in cottage #1 on the water. It was perfect for 4 friends. Plenty of room, nice outdoor seating, beautifully lit up outside. There was a large fire pit. We were next door to the Ferry. A fun free ride to Bemus Point. We didn’t have a boat but we enjoyed the dock. A short walk to a lovely ice cream shop, a convenience store,a produce stand, & a walking trail."

"Great Place to stay, right on the lake with a dock for the boat. Boat Ramp was 5 min away. The cottage had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Nice back yard on the lake with fire pit. Plenty of parking space in the front. Quiet dead-end road. Neighbors were very friendly. Will Definitely be back same time next year."

"We absolutely loved Aimee and Steve’s rental property. Rural and rustic, peaceful and quiet, it is a wonderful place to get away from the noise of the big city. If we had any questions or concerns (such as being awaken one morning to loud knocking sounds outside the house that turned out to be woodpeckers), Aimee replied quickly. With great hosts and a great property, you can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!"

"The accommodations were lovely. Quiet, peaceful. Really enjoyed the fire pit as we did not even use the grill. Cooked over a nice wood fire. The only I wouldn’t even call it an issue was that being in our 60s we had a hard time figuring out how to work the microwave and stove settings. A little quick guide would have been helpful. We managed though. Had a lovely stay. Our dog really enjoyed it too! Chocolate lab !"

"We had a wonderful and restful week at this cottage. Kitchen was well stocked beyond what we could have asked for. Plenty of paper products including tissues which as a nice touch. We enjoyed playing some of the games provided during the evenings and the property owner Erik was quick to respond when we had a question. The beds are a bit worn but we made due. If vacationers have mobility issues the stairs will be challenging to navigate. Thankful for our time away and even our 20 something...
